Purification pack system
The Purification pack system is a laboratory equipment designed for the purification of various biological samples. It provides a standardized and efficient process for sample preparation and separation. The core function of the system is to facilitate the extraction, concentration, and purification of target analytes from complex matrices.

In Vitro Permeation of Nicotine from E-Cigarette Liquids
The physiological solution used as receptor fluid was freshly prepared by dissolving 9.00 g of NaCl,
2.38 g of Na 2 HPO 4 and 0.19 g of KH 2 PO 4 into 1.00 L of milliQ water (final pH 7.35). The concentration of the salts in the receptor fluid was approximately the same as that present in blood.
The two refill liquids for e-cigarettes, used as donor phase, are available in the market. The nominal nicotine concentration of 18 mg ml -1 was confirmed by gaschromatographymass spectrometry (GC-MS). Both refill had pH of 7.9 and pKa of nicotine is 8.0 (Gorrod et al. 1999 ).
Synthesis and Characterization of Palladium Nanoparticles
Preparation of Physiological Saline Solution
The physiological solution used as receptor fluid was prepared by dissolving 2.38 g of Na 2 HPO 4 , 0.19 g of KH 2 PO 4 and 9 g of NaCl into 1 L of milliQ water (final pH = 7.35).
Synthesis of Nickel Nanoparticles
Ni nanopowder (CAS 7440-02-0) came from Sigma Aldrich (Milan, Italy), APS (Average Particle Size) < 100 nm, purity !99.9% trace metals basis).
Water reagent grade was produced with a Millipore purification pack system (milliQ water).
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
