Determination of Enrofloxacin in Aquatic Products

All reagents and chemicals used in this study were of analytical or chromatography grade. The enrofloxacin and enrofloxacin-d5 standards (>95% purity) were obtained from Dr. Ehrenstorfer (Augsburg, Germany). The ciprofloxacin (CIP) and 1-bromoethane-2,2,2-d3 were purchased from Shanghai AcmecBiochemical Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and triethylamine (Et3N) were of analytical grade and obtained from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Methanol (MeOH), acetonitrile (MeCN), formic acid, ethyl acetate (EA), dichloromethane, acetic acid, and ammonium acetate of HPLC-grade were from Merck (Darmstadt, Germany). The certified reference material (CRM) (GBW 10167, Batch No. 1672107) was purchased from the Institute of Quality Standards and Testing Products for Agro-products of CAAS. The aquatic product samples were obtained from the local farmers’ market in Shanghai, China. Ultrapure water (18.2 MΩ) was prepared in a Milli-Q water purification system (Millipore Co., Bedford, MA, USA).

Bovine serum albumin (BSA), ascorbic acid (Vc), 3-triethoxysilylpropylamine (APTES), α-bromoisobutyryl bromide (BIBB, 97%), N,N,N′,N′,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (99%) and HEMA (97%) were purchased from Sigma–Aldrich (USA). HEMA was passed through base alumina column to eliminate hydroquinone methylether (inhibitor) before use. Dichloromethane (CH2Cl2), toluene and triethylamine (Et3N) were purchased from Sinopharm and were vacuum distilled prior to use. Bovine Fn (Catalog Number: 1030Fn) was obtained from R&D Systems. Fn antibody (C6F10: sc-73611) was obtained from Santa Cruz. The water used in the experiment was purified by a Milli-Q water system (Millipore, USA). Quartz, glass and silicon wafers were cleaned in piranha solution (7:3 v/v% H2SO4/H2O2) (Caution! Piranha is a strong oxidizer and should not be stored in a closed container). After being copiously rinsed with water, they were dried under a smooth stream of N2.
