Detecting Caspase-3 Expression in GSCs

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
To detect the expression level of caspase-3 in GSCs, 2 × 104 cells were seeded in each well of a 96 wells plate then the cells were treated with 16 μg/ml of G. densiflorum-Ag/AgCl-NPs for 48 h. Then the expression level of caspase-3 protein was detected by fluorescence microscope followed by the treatment with 4% paraformaldehyde, 0.1% Triton X-100, phosphate buffer saline, 10% goat serum, 0.5% tween-20, and 1% BSA in PBS and finally, caspase-3 primary antibody and Cy3 goat-anti Rabbit IgG antibody (Life technology) followed by the protocol described by Kabir et al.1.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
