Atropine sulfate monohydrate

Nine SCs (Figure 1) – 2‐fluoromethcathinone, 2‐(trifluoromethoxy) methcathinone, 3‐bromomethcathinone (3‐BMC), 4‐bromomethca thinone, 3,4‐methylenedioxy‐α‐pyrrolidinopropiophenone ( MDPPP), α‐PPP, 3‐bromo‐α‐PPP, 4‐bromo‐α‐PPP, 4‐methyl‐α‐PPP, all racemic HCl salts – were synthesized by Bruce Blough at Research Triangle Institute. Racemic 2,5‐dimethoxy‐4‐iodoamphetamine HCl (DOI) was purchased from Sigma‐Aldrich (St Louis, MO, USA). MDL100907 HCl (volinanserin) was a gift from Kenner Rice. Chlorpromazine HCl was a gift from Raymond Booth. Atropine sulfate monohydrate was purchased from Alfa Aesar (Tewksbury, MA, USA). [³H]Ketanserin (specific activity 47.3 Ci/mmol) and N‐methyl‐[³H]Scopolamine (specific activity 80.1 Ci/mmol) were purchased from Perkin Elmer (Waltham, MA, USA).

Carbachol was purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, MA). Pilocarpine, methylatropine bromide, and ATP were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO). Atropine sulfate monohydrate was purchased from Alfa Aesar (Ward Hill, MA). Thapsigargin was purchased from Tocris Bioscience (Minneapolis, MN).
