The 1′-hydroxy-Midazolam glucuronide (Glu-O-MDZ) was synthesized by the Isotope Chemistry and Metabolite Synthesis Department of Sanofi (Chilly-Mazarin, France). All other chemicals and solvents used were of analytical grade.
