JAK2V617F Knock-in HCT116 Cell Protocol

JAK2V617F/+ knock-in HCT116 cells as well as wild-type JAK2+/+ HCT116 cells were purchased from Horizon Discovery Ltd. The cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 (Sigma) containing 2 mM L-glutamine and 25 mM sodium bicarbonate supplemented with 10% FBS, 100 mg/mL of streptomycin and 100 IU/mL of penicillin at 37 °C in the presence of 5% CO2.
