All siRNAs targeting porcine STING (mRNA accession number: NM_001142838.1) were designed and synthesized by Invitrogen (ThermoFisher Scientific) and the siRNA sequences are listed in Table 3 . CD163-PAMs were plated into 24-well plates and the cells with 70–80% confluency were transfected with 30–50 nM of siRNA using Lipofectamine 2000 according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
