Quantitative Analysis of Metabolomics Data

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Data acquisition and processing were performed using Agilent MassHunter Quantitative Analysis software Version 10.1. SIMCA version 15.0.2 (Sartorious Stedim Biotech, Umea, Sweden) was used for statistical data analysis. SPSS was used for Student’s t test to compare data between two groups; P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.

GC-MS/MS Analysis of Pesticides

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The pesticides (chlorfenapyr, diniconazole, and indoxacarb) were analyzed using an Agilent 7000D GC/TQ with a 7890 B gas chromatograph and a 7693A autosampler (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA). Chromatographic separation was achieved on a DB-5MS UI column (0.25 mm I.D. × 30 m, 0.25 μm) (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA). The oven temperature program was as follows: 200 °C hold for 0.1 min, increased to 250 °C at a rate of 40 °C/min, and increased to 300 °C at a rate of 60 °C/min and hold for 5 min. One microliter of the sample was injected in splitless mode. The total running time was 7.18 min. Helium gas was used as the carrier gas at a constant flow rate of 1.5 mL/min. Triple quadrupole MS was applied in dynamic multiple reaction monitoring mode with electron ionization at 70 eV. The GC-MS/MS parameters are summarized in Table 2. The ion source and transfer line temperatures were set at 250 and 280 °C, respectively. The MassHunter quantitative analysis software (version 10.1) (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA) was used for data processing.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
