White colonies on BBL were identified using the MALDI-TOF Bruker microFlex system (Bruker Daltonics, Bremen, Germany) with the MBT Compass IVD 4.2 database and the Vitek MS system (bioMérieux, Marcy l’Etoile, France) with the Vitek MS v1.6.0 database.
