EGCG (96.82%) was purchased from Jiangxi Lvkang Co. (Nanchang, China). Coomassie Brilliant Blue R-250 and G-250 Dyes were purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (Shanghai, China). The standard monosaccharides (l-rhamnose, d-galactose, d-fucose, d-glucose, d-mannose, d-xylose, d-arabinose, d-glucuronic acid, and d-galacturonic acid) were purchased from Merck Co.
