Dialysis membrane (molecular weight cut off between 12,000-14000 daltons) was purchased from Himedia (Mumbai, India). HPLC grade acetonitrile, methanol and triethylamine were obtained from Fisher Scientific, Mumbai. Water used in all the experiments was ultrapure, obtained from Millipore Direct-Q Ultrapure water system (Millipore, France). All other chemicals and reagents were of analytical or HPLC grade.
