Arachidic acid, Tween 60, Tween 80, poly(vinyl alcohol), L-lysine monohydrochloride, lithium carbonate, dansyl chloride, methylamine hydrochloride, triethylamine and sodium acetate were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA) and Miglyol 812 was purchased from Caelo (Caesar & Loretz GmbH, Hilden, Germany). Precirol ATO 5 and Compritol 888 ATO were kindly provided by Gattefossé (Saint Priest Cedex, France). L-Phenylalanine ethyl-ester hydrochloride was purchased from Fluka (Fluka Chemie GmbH, Buchs, Switzerland), acetic acid was obtained from VWR Chemicals (VWR International S.A.S., Fontenay-sous-Bois, France) and acetonitrile and methanol were obtained from Honeywell (Honeywell Riedel-de Häen AG, Seelze, Germany). Aqueous solutions were prepared with double-deionized water (Arium Pro, Sartorius AG, Göttingen, Germany).

Development of Quetiapine Fumarate Lipid-Based Formulations

Quetiapine fumarate (QF) was obtained as a gift sample from IPCA laboratories (Ratlam, India). Precirol ATO5 and Compritol 888 were obtained from Gattefosse, Cedex, France, Dynasan114, Dynasan 116, Dynasan118 from IOI Oleo Gmbh, Witten, Germany as gift samples.
Poloxamer 188 (Kolliphor P188) was kindly supplied by BASF (Mumbai, India). Phospholipon 90G (P90G) was kindly supplied by Lipoid (Germany). Dialysis membrane (molecular weight cut off between 12,000-14000 daltons) was purchased from Himedia (Mumbai, India). HPLC grade acetonitrile, methanol and triethylamine were obtained from Fisher Scientific, Mumbai. Water used in all the experiments was ultrapure, obtained from Millipore Direct-Q Ultrapure water system (Millipore, France). All other chemicals and reagents were of analytical or HPLC grade.

Formulation and Characterization of Morin Hydrate Nanoparticles

All chemicals and solvents were of analytical grade and were used as received. The specific ELISA kits were obtained from eBioscience Co, San Diego, CA, USA. The Vero cells (African green monkey kidney cells, Vero C1008 (Vero 76, clone E6, Vero E6)) were purchased from Viromed Laboratories (Minnetonka, MN, USA).
