Inflammatory microRNA Expression in Macrophages

To determine the expression of inflammatory microRNAs, WT and 5-LO−/− macrophages were treated with or without LTB4 for 24 h. RNA was then extracted from the cells using a Qiagen RNeasy mini kit according to the manufacturer’s instructions. cDNA was synthesized using the RT2 microRNA First Strand Kit (Qiagen) and applied to PCR focused immunopathology microRNA array plates (Qiagen). Profiling Inflammatory microRNAs in Macrophages
