The expression level of PDL1 in tumor cells was detected with FITC-anti-mouse CD45 antibody (dilution of 1:100, catalog number:103108, clone: 30-F11, Lot: B363202, Biolegend) and APC-anti-mouse PDL1 antibody (dilution of 1:50, catalog number: 124312, clone: 10F.9G2, Lot: B277024, Biolegend).

Bronchoalveoar lavage fluid (BALF) was collected from infected mice 24 h after the challenge. In order to quantify neutrophil infiltration, BALF cells were stained with the following antibodies: PE/Cy7 anti-mouse CD45 antibody, PerCP-CY5.5 anti-mouse CD11b antibody and FITC antimouse Gr-1 antibody (Biolegend, Inc, San Diego, USA). Samples were analyzed by BD FACS Array software™ on BD flow cytometry (BD Biosciences, New Jersey, USA) to analyze the neutrophil infiltration. Then the supernatant of BALF was collected and used for cytokines detection. The levels of TNF-α in BALF supernatants were measured by using ELISA kit (Dakewe Biotech Co, Shenzhen, China), according to the manufacturer's instructions.
