Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot

Hydrogen Peroxide-Induced LEC Oxidative Stress

Then, blots were incubated with goat anti-mouse IgG H&L (ab150113; Abcam, 1:5000) or goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (ab150077; Abcam, 1:5000) for 1 h at room temperature. The blots were detected by BeyoECL Plus kit (P0018S, Beyotime Biotechnology, Shanghai, China) and analyzed using Image J software. GAPDH was used as a cytosolic marker and H3 a nuclear marker.
