Snail1 antibody (MA5-14801) and annexin V were purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Rockford, IL, USA). Caspase-8 (66231A) antibody was purchased from BD PharMingen (San Diego, CA, USA). Phospho-AKT (sc-7985), caspase-3 (sc-56053), and GAPDH (sc-47724) antibodies were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc. (Santa Cruz, CA, USA). The AKT inhibitor (MK2206) was purchase from Cayman (Ann Arbor, MI, USA).

Anti-HA epitope antibody was purchased from Covance (RRID:AB_2565006). Cy3 labeled secondary antibody was obtained from Jackson ImmunoResearch Laboratories. Akt inhibitor MK-2206 was purchased from Cayman.
