Secondary antibodies were used at 1:1000 dilution.

Characterizing Mitochondrial Dynamics Factors

The reagents NMS873 (TargetMol, T1853) and BODIPY 493/503 (Thermo Fisher, D3922) were used. Antibiotics such as G418 (10131027), puromycin (A1113803), hygromycin B (10687010), and blasticidin (A1113903) were obtained from Thermo Fisher (U.S.).
