ChIP was performed as reported previously (63 (
link)), using the fixation and sonication conditions optimized for each cell type (
Supplemental Table 3). DNA was immunoprecipitated using 5 μg of the following antibodies:
anti-ETS1 (catalog 39580; Active Motif; targets ETS family member SPDEF), anti-SPDEF (catalog MBS2518460; myBiosource), or
rabbit polyclonal IgG (catalog 910801; BioLegend). Crosslink-reversed and purified ChIP DNA was analyzed by qPCR, with relative factor occupancy calculated as described (63 (
link)). Sequences of primers used for ChIP-qPCR are shown in
Supplemental Table 4.
