ChIP was performed as reported previously (63 (link)), using the fixation and sonication conditions optimized for each cell type (Supplemental Table 3). DNA was immunoprecipitated using 5 μg of the following antibodies: anti-ETS1 (catalog 39580; Active Motif; targets ETS family member SPDEF), anti-SPDEF (catalog MBS2518460; myBiosource), or rabbit polyclonal IgG (catalog 910801; BioLegend). Crosslink-reversed and purified ChIP DNA was analyzed by qPCR, with relative factor occupancy calculated as described (63 (link)). Sequences of primers used for ChIP-qPCR are shown in Supplemental Table 4.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
