The high fat diet consisted of 10% lard, 20% sucrose, 10% yolk powder, 0.5% sodium cholate, and 59.5% conventional feed, which was purchased from Jiangsu synergetic pharmaceutical bioengineering Co., Ltd. (Nanjing, China).
