5 mm tci cryogenic probe and z axis gradient

Manufactured by Bruker
Sourced in Switzerland

The 5-mm TCI cryogenic probe and Z-axis gradient is a component of Bruker's NMR spectrometer systems. The cryogenic probe is designed to enhance the sensitivity of NMR experiments by cooling critical components to cryogenic temperatures, while the Z-axis gradient provides spatial encoding along the z-axis of the sample.

All NMR spectra of all products including deuterated compounds were acquired on a Bruker AVANCE III HD 800 spectrometer equipped with a 5-mm TCI cryogenic probe and Z-axis gradient (Bruker Biospin). All spectra were measured at 25 ºC, using 5 mm NMR tubes. Standard Bruker pulse sequences were employed. The data analyses were carried out with Bruker TopSpin 3.2 software (Bruker Biospin). The acquisition parameters were as follows: 1H NMR: number of data points 64 K; spectral width 16025 Hz; relaxation delay 10 s; number of scans 64; receiver gain 3.2; 13C NMR: number of data points 64 K; spectral width 48077 Hz; relaxation delay 2 s; number of scans 1024; receiver gain 203; 2H NMR: number of data points 64 K; spectral width 4092 Hz; relaxation delay 1 s; number of scans 1024; receiver gain 128. Chemical shift was reported in parts per million (p.p.m.) relative to the peaks from chloroform-d (CDCl3, δH 7.26 p.p.m., δC 77.0 p.p.m.). The data for 1H NMR are reported as follows: chemical shift, multiplicity (s = singlet, d = doublet, t = triplet, q = quartet, m = multiplet), integration and coupling constants.

All NMR experiments were performed on an AVANCE III HD 800 system equipped with a 5‐mm TCI cryogenic probe and Z‐axis gradient (Bruker BioSpin AG, Fällanden, Switzerland) at ambient temperature using 0.4–1 mg samples dissolved in CDCl3. Data analyses were carried out using Bruker TopSpin 3.2 software (Bruker Biospin AG). The acquisition parameters were as follows: number of data points 65K; spectral width 16 025 Hz; relaxation delay 10 sec; number of scans 64; receiver gain 3.2.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
