The Total Polyamine Assay Kit (BioVision) was used for fluorometric assessment of polyamine content in cells either stimulated with PhdpUV or unstimulated for 48 h after incubation with L-15, M1x, or M2x for 24 h. Creatinine and Polyamine Quantification
