Hematoxylin and eosin h e staining

Manufactured by Wuhan Servicebio Technology
Sourced in China

Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) Staining is a widely used histological staining technique. It provides a standard method for staining cellular and extracellular components in tissue sections. Hematoxylin stains nuclei blue, while Eosin stains cytoplasm and other structures pink or red. This staining method is commonly used in pathology and histology laboratories for tissue identification and analysis.

Histology and Blood Analysis of Gi-F-CAA in Mice

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The main organs (heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and intestine) of healthly BALB/c nude mice (~8 weeks old, 18 g) were collected under euthanasia after treatment with PBS and Gi-F-CAA (8, 12 and 16 mg/kg in 100 μL PBS) for 1 day. Afterwards, the histology evaluation by Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) Staining was carried out by Servicebio Technology Co., Ltd. (Wuhan, China). Meanwhile, the whole blood and serum of healthly BALB/c nude mice (~8 weeks old, 18 g) were collected after treatment with PBS and Gi-F-CAA (8, 12 and 16 mg/kg in 100 μL PBS) for 1 days. The blood biochemistry analysis was performed with Hitachi Automatic Biochemical Analyzer 7100. The blood routine analysis was carried out by Vital River Laboratory Animal Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China).

Myocardial Infarction Histology Analysis

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The rats were euthanized 28 d after surgery. The hearts were quickly excised and fixed in paraformaldehyde. Infarct size and LV wall thickness in the MI zone were detected by Masson staining (Servicebio, Wuhan, China). Hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining (Servicebio, Wuhan, China) was used to observe the tissue morphology of the MI area and toxicity in other organs.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
