Commercial standard Vicenin-2 (VCN-2) was purchased from Haihang Industrial Company (Beijing, China). Allantoin brand Fluka Analytical and Streptozotocin (STZ) were obtained from Sigma Aldrich Chemicals (St. Louis, MO, USA). Microdissected Tomato-positive lung tumors from KT and KT;Cas9 mice with Lenti-sgLkb1/Cre initiated tumors were analyzed for Cas9 and Lkb1 protein expression. Samples were lysed in RIPA buffer and boiled with LDS loading dye. Denatured samples were run on a 4%–12% Bis-Tris gel (NuPage) and transferred onto a PVDF membrane.
