Measuring Cell Viability under LCL161

2x10⁵ MM.1S or RPMI 8226 cells were incubated with 5 μM LCL161 or DMSO and in the presence of rhTNFα (BD Biosciences) at indicated concentrations for 48 hrs. After incubation, cells were collected and stained using a fixable live/dead dye. Samples were analyzed by flow cytometry to determine viability.
