Dna staining solution
The DNA staining solution is a laboratory reagent used for the detection and visualization of DNA in various applications such as gel electrophoresis, microscopy, and flow cytometry. The solution contains a DNA-binding dye that emits fluorescent light when bound to DNA, allowing for the identification and analysis of DNA samples.

6 cells per well. After treatment, cells were harvested, washed with PBS, and incubated with 1 mL DNA staining solution (Lianke, Hangzhou, China) and 10 μL permeabilization solution (Lianke) for 0.5 h at 37°C. The distribution of cell cycle phases was determined with an ACEA NovoExpress Flow Cytometer (Agilent, Santa Clara, USA). The percentages of cells in the G1, S, and G2 phases were calculated.

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
