Bovine serum albumin (BSA), glutaraldehyde, gold (III) chloride trihydrate (HAuCl₄. 3H₂O), potassium chloride (KCl), potassium bromide (KBr), sodium hydroxide (NaOH), magnesium chloride (MgCl₂), sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO₃), boric acid (H₃BO₃), Zinc chloride (ZnCl₂), iron (II) chloride (FeCl₂), iron (III) chloride (FeCl₃), sodium hypochlorite solution (NaClO), and 3,3′,5,5′-Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) were purchased from Sigma Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). Acetonitrile (C₂H₃N), 30% hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), and pure ethanol (C₂H₅OH) were purchased from Daejung Chemicals (Siheung, Republic of Korea). Sodium chloride (NaCl), calcium chloride dihydrate (CaCl₂·2H₂O), and sodium sulfate (Na₂SO₄) were purchased from Junsei (Tokyo, Japan). Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, MA, USA). Distilled water (DW) was purified using a Milli-Q system (Darmstadt, Germany).

1,4-Bis[4-(6-acryloyloxyhexyloxy)benzoyloxy]−2-methylbenzene (RM82) was obtained from Synthon Chemicals. Also, n-butylamine was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich. Irgacure-369 (I-369) was donated by BASF Corporation. Graphite foil was purchased from Alfa Aesar. Sodium sulfate (Na₂SO₄) was purchased from Junsei Chemical. All the materials were used without purification.
