Total protein was isolated, resolved and transferred to membranes by SDS-PAGE and protein gel blot analysis as described (Hou et al., 2020) (link). Membranes were blotted with rabbit anti-GFP, N-terminal antibody (Sigma-Aldrich, St Louis, MO, USA). Blotted proteins were detected by secondary antibody Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-Alkaline Phosphatase (Sigma-Aldrich, USA) and SIGMA FAST™ BCIP/NBT (5-Bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate/Nitro blue tetrazolium) Tablets (Sigma-Aldrich, USA).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
