Oteracil potassium (CAS No. 2207-75-2, purity ≥ 99.9%) was purchased from JKamaishu (Shanghai, China) biotechnology Co., Ltd. Adenine (CAS No. 73-24-5) was purchased from BioFroxx L.L.C. (Solon, OH, USA). Allopurinol (CAS No. 315-30-0) was purchased from Shanghai Xinyi Vientiane pharmaceutical Co. Ltd (Shanghai, China). Adenosine deaminase (ADA) kit and xanthine oxidase (XOD) kit were purchased from Nanjing Jiancheng Biology Engineering Institute (Nanjing, Jiangsu, China).
