Anti-tubulin (RE11250C100) was obtained from BioVendor (Candler, NC). Anti-LAMP1 (H4A3) was purchased from Developmental Studies Hybridoma Bank at the University of Iowa (Iowa City, IA). Alexa Fluor™ 488, Alexa Fluor™ 568, and HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies to rabbit and mouse IgG were obtained from Molecular Probes® Invitrogen (Carlsbad, CA), DakoCytomation, Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO), and Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, MA).
