Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Tadalafil (Selleckchem, TX, USA), a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitor, was used in vitro at a concentration of 100 μM and was administered by intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection (2 mg/kg/24hr) in vivo.[22 (link)] N-omega-hydroxy-L-arginine (Sigma-Aldrich, MO, USA) and N(G)-monomethyl-L-arginine (Sigma-Aldrich, MO, USA) were added to cell cultures (10 μM in vitro.
The methods of cell isolation, generation of CIK cells, isolation of MDSCs, flow cytometry analysis, cytotoxicity assays, cytokine array and quantitative real-time PCR are described in the Supporting information.

Zebrafish Inhibitor Treatment Protocols

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Sildenafil citrate (Pfizer), vardenafil HCl trihydrate (SelleckChem, Houston, TX, USA), and tadalafil (SelleckChem) were dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO; Sigma-Aldrich Corp., St. Louis, MO, USA) at 100 μM for stock concentration. Working concentrations were diluted further in DMSO prior to addition to fish water such that final DMSO concentration was 0.05% for all experiments except the sildenafil dilution series, which used 0.1%. Larval fish were treated with inhibitor for 3 days. Adult fish were treated with inhibitor for 6 days with a change of water and fresh inhibitor after 3 days.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
