Lentiviral high titer packaging mix with plvsin series

Manufactured by Takara Bio

The Lentiviral High Titer Packaging Mix with pLVSIN series is a set of plasmids designed for the production of high-titer lentiviral particles. The mix contains the necessary components for packaging lentiviral vectors, including the structural, enzymatic, and envelope proteins required for virus assembly and transduction.

Stable Expression of Mouse MRP4

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
To establish cells stably expressing mouse MRP4, full-length mouse Abcc4 cDNA was subcloned into lentiviral vectors under the control of the EF1α promoter. Lentivirus particles were prepared by the Lentiviral High Titer Packaging Mix with pLVSIN series (Clonetech, Palo Alto, CA) with Lenti-X 293 T cell lines. NIH3T3 cells were infected with MRP4-expressing lentivirus and maintained in a medium containing 5 µg/mL of puromycin.

Generation of mEGFP-expressing Lentivirus

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
mEGFP-C1 plasmid was gifted from Michael Davidson (RRID:Addgene_54759). The sequence of mEGFP was subcloned into pLVSIN-CMV Pur (Takara). Lentivirus particles were prepared by the Lentiviral High Titer Packaging Mix with pLVSIN series (Clonetech, Palo Alto, California) using Lenti-X 293 T-cell lines. mEGFP-expressing lentivirus particles and 10 µg/mL of polybrene were added to the media of B16/BL6 cells, and then incubated for 24 hours. mEGFP-transduced cells were selected with 1 µg/mL of puromycin.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
