Phosho p38

Manufactured by Cell Signaling Technology
Sourced in United States

Phospho-p38 is a laboratory reagent used for the detection and quantification of phosphorylated p38 MAPK (mitogen-activated protein kinase) in biological samples. It is a specific antibody that binds to the phosphorylated form of the p38 MAPK protein, allowing for the measurement of p38 MAPK activation in cells or tissues.

Cells were obtained from the American Type Culture Collection (Manassas, VA, USA). All cells were cultured in appropriate medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS; Welgene, Gyeongsan, Korea), 1% penicillin-streptomycin, and 100 μg/mL gentamycin (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA). All cell lines tested negative for mycoplasma contamination. The lines were authenticated by standard morphologic examination using microscopy. About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
