VEGFA, IL8, TGFB1, and THBS proteins were determined in cell supernatants using Human ELISA assays (catalog numbers KHG0111, KHC0081, BMS249-4, EHTHBS1, respectively, Invitrogen, ThermoFisher Scientific). Collected DMEM from fibroblast cultures were centrifuged at 18,000 g for 5 min at 4 °C and preserved at −80 °C until quantification.
