GC-MS analysis was performed as described previously [22 (link)]. Using an Agilent 7890B gas chromatograph system (Agilent Technologies) equipped with an RTX-5Sil MS column (Restek, Gellefonte, PA, USA), the derivatives (0.5 μL) were injected in splitless mode. The entire system was controlled using the ChromaTOF software 4.50 version (LECO, St. Joseph, MI, USA). Mass spectra were acquired in the 85–500 m/z at an acquisition rate of 20 spectra/s using a Leco Pegasus HT time-of-flight mass spectrometer.
Agilent 7890b gas chromatograph system
The Agilent 7890B gas chromatograph system is a laboratory instrument used for the separation, identification, and quantification of chemical compounds in a sample. It employs a gas-liquid separation technique to analyze complex mixtures. The system consists of an inlet, oven, column, and detector to perform the analysis.

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
