Enzymatic Cholesterol Determination using Nanoparticles

Cholesterol oxidase from Streptomyces sp. (500 units/10 mg) and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) (80 U/mg) were obtained from SISCO Research Laboratory Pvt. Ld., Mumbai.
