Investigating ER Stress Pathways in PEDV Infection

The ER stress inhibitor 4-phenylbutyrate (4-PBA) and a pancaspase inhibitor were obtained from MCE (Shanghai, China). All inhibitors were solubilized in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO; Solarbio, Beijing, China). Inhibitors were diluted, added to culture medium, and cultivated for an hour before infection.
