The TaqMan gene expression assay and TaqMan Universal PCR Master Mix (4444556, Applied Biosystems, Foster City, CA, USA) RT-PCR reaction kit were used on an ABI Viia 7 real-time PCR system (Applied Biosystems, Foster City, CA, USA).
