Pcdna3.1 sirt6

Manufactured by GenePharma
Sourced in China

PcDNA3.1-SIRT6 is a plasmid vector that contains the gene encoding the SIRT6 protein. SIRT6 is a member of the sirtuin family of enzymes involved in the regulation of various cellular processes, including genomic stability, metabolism, and aging. The PcDNA3.1 vector provides a backbone for the expression of the SIRT6 gene in mammalian cell systems.

Regulation of Osteoblast Differentiation by miR-545-3p

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The miR-545-3p mimics and miR-545-3p inhibitor were purchased from Genepharma (Shanghai, China). pcDNA3.1-SIRT6 was constructed by Genepharma (Shanghai, China), pcDNA3.1 blank vector was used as negative control (NC). MC3T3-E1 were seeded in 6-well plates at the rate of 5 × 10 5 /well. When the cells reached 70% fusion, the cells were transfected by Lipofectamine 3000 (Invitrogen company, USA) with miR-545-3p mimics or miR-545-3p inhibitor or the corresponding negative control (transfected with empty plasmid). The culture medium was changed after 6 hours, and the cells were harvested for realtime qPCR detection after 48 hours, and western blotting was used after 72 hours.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
