All chemicals were of analytical grade and were used as received without further purification. H3PO4 (A.R.), HNO3 (A.R.), NH3·H2O (A.R.), La(NO3)3·6H2O (A.R.), sodium citrate dihydrate, Ce(NO3)3·6H2O (A.R.) and Eu2O3 (purity > 99.99%) were all supplied by Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Limited Corporation. The europium nitrate was prepared by dissolving Eu2O3 in 10% nitric acid, and then evaporated and dried in vacuum.

The Eu3+ source was from europium oxide (Eu2O3, purity 99.99%), which was purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co. Ltd, Shanghai, China Eu2O3 and dissolved in dilute hydrochloric acid. The solution was transferred to an open heating glass dish to evaporate. The resulting powder, EuCl3(H2O)6, was dissolved in N, N-Dimethylformamide (DMF) and diluted to form a 0.02 mol L−1 solution for subsequent experiments.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
