1290 diode array detector

Manufactured by Agilent Technologies
Sourced in United States

The 1290 Diode Array Detector is a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) detector manufactured by Agilent Technologies. It is designed to provide sensitive and accurate detection of a wide range of analytes in complex samples. The core function of the 1290 Diode Array Detector is to measure the absorbance of the analytes at multiple wavelengths simultaneously, allowing for the identification and quantification of compounds based on their unique spectral signatures.

Kinetics of Doxorubicin Prodrug Hydrolysis

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Kinetics of hydrolysis of prodrug into active doxorubicin were measured by dissolving Doxorubicin prodrug 4 at 172 nM in phosphate buffered saline of different pH (pH = 6.0, 6.5, 7.0, 7.5). Cleavage of prodrug was monitored by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry on an Agilent 1290/6140 Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometer (UHPLC/MS) consisting of a 1290 Infinity LC binary pump interfaced with an Agilent 1290 Diode Array Detector, an Agilent 1290 Infinity Autosampler, an Agilent Thermostat Column Compartment, and an Agilent 6140 Quadrupole MSD system. Integration of the LCMS peak corresponding to the doxorubicin was measured and confirmed with loss of the prodrug peak.

Quantitative HPLC Analysis of RFX

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The concentration of RFX was analyzed using an Agilent 1260 Infinity HPLC instrument (Agilent, Santa Clara, CA, USA) equipped with an Agilent 1290 Diode Array Detector and an Agilent column (TC-C18, 4.6 × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 3.16 g/L of ammonium formate (pH 7.2 ± 0.05) and a methanol–acetonitrile mixture (1:1, v/v) at a volume ratio of 20 to 80. The analysis was conducted at a detection wavelength of 276 nm with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and an injection volume of 20 μL. The collected data were analyzed using Agilent OpenLab CDS LC 1260 software.

HPLC Analysis of Virus-Like Particles

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The fractions identified to contain well-formed VLP from the assembly selection were combined and run on an Agilent 1290 Infinity HPLC system with a 1290 Diode Array Detector (serial no. DEBAW00292), an Agilent Bio SEC-5 column (5 μm, 2000 Å, 7.8 mm × 300 mm), and an isocratic flow of 10 mM sodium phosphate buffer (pH 7.2), 200 mM sodium chloride, and 2 mM sodium azide.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
