Gapdh rabbit mab antibody

Manufactured by Santa Cruz Biotechnology
Sourced in United States

GAPDH rabbit mAb antibody is a monoclonal antibody that recognizes the glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) protein. GAPDH is a key enzyme involved in the glycolytic pathway and is commonly used as a loading control or reference protein in various biochemical and cell biology applications.

Western Blot Analysis of PDCD4 and PTEN

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
PATU8988 and PANC‐1 cells were harvested in ice‐cold PBS and lysed in radioimmunoprecipitation assay (PIRA) buffer supplemented with protease inhibitors. Protein concentration was determined using the BCA protein assay kit (Rockford, IL, USA) and equal amounts of proteins were analyzed using SDS–PAGE (10% acrylamide gel). The antibodies used for Western blot were a GAPDH rabbit mAb antibody (Santa Cruz Biotechnology San Francisco, CA, USA) and PDCD4 and PTEN rabbit mAb antibodies (Cell Signal Technology, Danvers, MA).

Protein Expression Analysis by Western Blot

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Protein concentration was determined by BCA protein assay kit (Bio-Rad, Italy) and cell lysates were subjected to SDS/PAGE (10% separation gel) and transferred onto a PVDF membrane. The following antibodies were used for Western blot: GAPDH Rabbit mAb antibody (Santa Cruz Biotechnology), PDCD4 Rabbit mAb antibodies (Cell Signal Technology, Danvers, MA, USA). We evaluated the relative expression of protein by Gel-pro Analyzer.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
