Cell lysates were prepared by suspending the cells in radioimmunoprecipitation assay (RIPA) buffer (50 mM Tris-HCl at pH 7.4, 1% nonidet P-40, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM EGTA, 0.025% sodium deoxycholate, 1 mM NaF, 1 mM Na3VO4, and 1 mM PMSF). Equal amounts of protein were electrophoretically separated on 10% sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gels and were transferred to polyvinylidene difluoride membranes (Millipore, CA, USA).
