Quantitative Analysis of Inflammatory Cytokine Expression

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
IL-23, IL-4, IL-22, IL-17, IL-10, and TNF-α expression levels were measured. Total RNA from colon tissue was extracted using triazole reagents (Thermo Fisher Scientific Waltham, MA, USA). The total RNA was stored at −80 °C. cDNA was transcribed using HiScript II Q RT Mix (Vazyme biotech., Ltd. Nanjing, China). ChamQ Universal SYBER qPCR master mix kit was used to run quantitative PCR in the Bioer Light gene 9600 analyzer by Hitech (Beijing, Hangzhou, 310053, China). All primers used in this study were synthesized through Bioengineering Shanghai Co., Ltd. Shanghai, China and shown in Table 2. For normalization, the reference gene β-actin was employed. Each sample was examined three times, and relative expression was calculated and examined using the instrument software gene 9660, as well as group differences, using GraphPad Prism 9.5.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
