Bupivacaine-Induced Mitochondrial Dysfunction

The SH-SY5Y cell line was purchased from Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences (Shanghai, China). Dulbecco's modified Eagle medium (DMEM)/F12 (including 17.5 mM glucose) and fetal bovine serum were purchased from Gibco company (Grand Island, NY, USA). Shikonin Induces Apoptosis and Oxidative Stress
