High sensitivity elisa kit

Manufactured by Cayman Chemical
Sourced in United States

The High-sensitivity ELISA kit is a laboratory instrument designed for the quantitative detection and measurement of specific analytes in a sample. It utilizes the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique to provide highly sensitive and accurate results.

Quantification of Urinary Inflammatory Markers

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The inflammatory cytokines, chemokines, and neurotrophins for investigation in urine samples were similar to those in our previous study [24 (link),25 (link)]. The targeted analytes in urine were assayed using commercially available microspheres with the Milliplex® Human cytokine/chemokine magnetic bead-based panel kit (Millipore, Darmstadt, Germany). A total of 11 targeted analytes included Eotaxin, IL-6, IL-8, C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 10 (CXCL10), MCP-1, macrophage inflammatory protein (MIP)-1β, regulated upon activation, normal T-cell expressed and presumably secreted (RANTES), and TNF-α measured with the multiplex kit catalog number HCYTMAG-60K-PX30; NGF was measured with the multiplex kit catalog number HADK2MAG-61K and BDNF was measured with the multiplex kit catalog number HNDG3MAG-36K. The following laboratory procedures for the quantification of these targeted analytes were performed similarly to those in our previous study [30 (link)]. The urinary PGE2 level was measured using a high-sensitivity ELISA kit (Cayman, MI, USA), according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The detailed procedures were similar to those reported in a previous study [44 (link)].

Biomarker Measurement and Oxidative Damage

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
These biomarkers were measured using high‐sensitivity ELISA Kits with measurement of IL6 human, TNFα, sICAM1, sVCAM1, and E‐selectin (Invitrogen, Thermo‐Scientific Inc., USA) and human C‐reactive protein (Quantikine ELISA kit, R&D Systems). The oxidative genomic (DNA/RNA) damage was measured using a high‐sensitivity ELISA Kit (Cayman Chemical Company, Ann Arbor, MI).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
