Nta 3.3 analytical software

Manufactured by Malvern Panalytical
Sourced in United Kingdom

The NTA 3.3 analytical software is a tool developed by Malvern Panalytical for the characterization of nanoparticles. The software provides data analysis capabilities for nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) measurements, allowing users to obtain information on the size distribution and concentration of particles in a sample.

Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis of Small EVs

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Small EVs were analyzed by performing NTA using a NanoSight NS300 instrument (Malvern Panalytical Limited, Malvern, UK). NTA acquisition settings were optimized, and the videos were used to perform the analysis and estimate the mean size and modal size and concentration of particles. Data were processed using NTA 3.3 analytical software (Malvern Panalytical Limited, Malvern, UK).

Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis of EVs

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Size distribution of EV particles was determined by nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) using the NanoSight NS300 analyzer. Measurements were performed in triplicate for each EV preparation using 1 μg/μl EV protein diluted 1000-fold in PBS to obtain between 20 and 100 particles per frame. Samples were introduced at ambient temperature using an automated syringe pump set to 40, with camera level set to 13, detection threshold set to 3. Acquisition time was 60s and at least 200 tracks were completed. Data were obtained and analyzed using NTA 3.3 analytical software (Malvern Instruments).

Nanoparticle Size Characterization of Extracellular Vesicles

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
EVs diluted in PBS were analyzed using the NanoSight NS300 analyzer (Malvern Panalytical, Malvern, United Kingdom) to determine size distribution as previously described (10 (link)). Briefly, 1 µg/µL EV protein was diluted 1000-fold in PBS. Samples were introduced using an automated syringe pump set to 40, camera level to 13, and detection threshold set to 3. Acquisition time was 60 s and at least 200 tracks were completed. Data analyzed using NTA 3.3 analytical software (Malvern Panalytical).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
