Bioactive Lipid Standards Characterization

LC/MS-grade water, acetonitrile, methanol, and 2-propanol were purchased from Kanto Chemical Co, Inc (Tokyo, Japan). LC/MS-grade ammonium acetate was purchased from Merck (Darmstadt, Germany). Compound names and abbreviations of the 144 bioactive lipid standards used in this study are listed in supplemental Table S1.

LC-MS-Based Metabolite Profiling

Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM) containing

standards were obtained from Nacalai Tesque, Inc., Fujifilm Wako Pure
Chemical Co., and Merck. Stable isotope labeled authentic standards
of 18O9-ATP (purity 92.9%), including 18O6-ADP (6.4%) and 18O3-AMP (0.7%),
and 13C2, 15N-reduced glutathione
(GSH) (purity 95.4%), including 13C4, 15N2-oxidized glutathione (GSSG; 4.6%; Supporting Information, Figure S-1) were obtained from Taiyo
Nippon Sanso Co. Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan).

Mycotoxin Analysis in Japanese Cereals
