Immunogold Labeling of Duodenal Tissue

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Duodenal tissue collected from 2 day old control and MYO5B KO mice were fixed in 4% buffered formaldehyde solution for 3 days. Thawed cryosections (~100 nm thick) were subjected to indirect immunogold labeling with antisera detecting NHE3, STX3, Rab11 and Rab8a as previously described in detail17 (link). Bound primary antibodies were visualized by Nanogold®-Fab' goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) (Nanoprobes, 2004, diluted 1:150) followed by silver enhancement with HQ-Silver® (Nanoprobes, 2012).

Tokuyasu-cryosection Immunogold Labeling of Sprouty2

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Tokuyasu-cryosection immunogold labeling (Tokuyasu, 1973 (link)) of cells overexpressing pmNeonGreen-C1-hSprouty2 was performed according to standard protocols (Liou et al., 1996 (link)). Briefly, cells were fixed with 4% (w/v) buffered formaldehyde solution, and thawed ultra-thin cryosections were labeled with mouse anti-Sprouty2 (#60719, Abcam) or rabbit anti-Neongreen (Geley lab) followed by NANOGOLD®-Fab’ goat anti-mouse or NANOGOLD®-Fab’ goat anti-rabbit IgG (H + L; #2002 and #2004, both from Nanoprobes) visualized by silver enhancement (SE) with HQ-Silver® (#2012, Nanoprobes).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
