Dimethyl sulfoxide (dmso)

The chemical information of three volatile PAs in the present study is listed in Table 1. Toluene was supplied by Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China) Xylene, trichloroethylene and dimethyl sulfoxide (CAS No. 67-68-5, 99% purity) were obtained from Macklin. dimethyl sulfoxide was used as a solvent.

Ethylenediamine (98.5%), dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO, 99.5%)and methanol (99.5%)were supplied by Shanghai Seaview Biochemical Technology Co. Ltd. (Shanghai, China), and methyl acrylate (97%) was purchased from Shanghai Lingfeng Chemical Reagent Co. Ltd. (Shanghai, China). dimethyl sulfoxide (98%), diphenolic acid (97%),1-ethyl-3-(3ʹ-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide (98%) and N-hydroxysuc-cinimide (98%) were purchased from Shanghai Macklin Biochemical Co. Ltd. (Shanghai, China). All of the above reagents were purified before use. Deuterium oxide (99.9 atom%D) and dimethyl sulfoxide-d6 (99.9 atom·%D) were purchased from Shanghai Saan Chemical Technology Co. Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Chlorinated butyl rubber(CIIR, Exxon 1066) was obtained from Exxon Mobil Chemical Industry Company (PA,USA). Rubber additives such as dibenzothiazole disulfide, magnesium oxide, tetramethyl thiuram disulfide, stearic acid, sulfur, and zinc oxide were obtained from the Market (Shanghai, China).

2-Methylimidazole, methanol, iodine (I₂), polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP, K30), polyacrylonitrile (PAN, average M_w 15 000), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and cyclohexane were purchased from Shanghai Macklin Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. Zinc acetate dihydrate ((CH₃COO)₂Zn·2H₂O) was purchased from Tianjin Fuchen Chemical Reagent Factory.

2-methylimidazole (C₄H₆N₂, 98%), and zinc nitrate hexahydrate (N₂O₆Zn·H₂O, AR, 99%) were purchased from Aladdin (Shanghai, China). Methanol was acquired from Shanghai Lingfeng Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. Monomethorphyrin (HMME) was purchased from Xi’ an Ruixi biological technology Co., Ltd. 1,3-diphenylisobenzofuran (DPBF) was gained from Sigma-Aldrich Co. Ltd., USA. SDS-PAGE Gel Rapid Preparation Kit, 2,7-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (DCFH-DA), QuickBlock™ blocking agent and transferred to polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membrane were acquired from Beyotime Co. Ltd., China. 2× Rapid Taq Master Mix, ChamQ SYBR qPCR Master Mix, T7 Endonuclease I, Ultra GelRed nucleic acid stain (10,000×), BCA protein quantification kit, 100 bp DNA Ladder, RNA-easy isolation reagent, 2× Phanta Max Master Mix (Dye Plus), FastPure cell/tissue total RNA isolation kit V2 and HiScript II 1st strand cDNA synthesis kit were acquired from Vazyme Co., Ltd. Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was acquired from Macklin (Shanghai, China). Pierce™ ECL Western Blotting Substrate was purchase from Thermo Fisher Co., Ltd. Mouse IL-2, IL-12p70 ELISA kits were acquired from Multiscience, China.

Styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer (SMA, Mw 28000), Malachite Green (MG), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), and Reactive Black 5 (RB5) were obtained by Macklin Biochemical Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Polyethyleneimine (PEI, Mw 600) was supplied by Aladdin Chemistry Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). HCl and NaOH were obtained from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). All reagents are analytical reagent pure and have not been further purified. Cellulose dialysis membranes (molecular weight cut-off 14 kDa) were obtained from Viskase (Chicago, IL, USA).

PAN with an average molecular weight of approximately 150,000 from Sinopharm was dried under vacuum at room temperature for 24 h before use. Methanol, isopropanol and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) were purchased from Adams (Shanghai, China). Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution were purchased from Macklin (Shanghai, China). BSA fraction V was purchased from BioFroxx (Guangzhou, China). All reagents were used as received without further purification. Deionized (DI) water with a conductivity of 18.2 MΩ cm⁻¹ was obtained from a water purification system (5AS, Biosafer, Nanjing, China).
