Rat igg1 clone hrpn

Manufactured by BioXCell
Sourced in United States

Rat IgG1 clone HRPN is a laboratory reagent used for the detection and quantification of rat IgG1 antibodies in various immunoassays. It functions as a detection antibody labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP), enabling colorimetric or chemiluminescent signal generation for the specific measurement of rat IgG1 levels.

Mice were administered 200 µg of anti-CSF1 clone 5A1 (catalog no. BE0204; Bio X Cell) or Rat IgG1 clone HRPN (catalog no. BE0088; Bio X Cell) isotype control by the i.p. route in a 100 µl volume of PBS immediately post injury and then daily for 6 days. For combined M-CSF and IL-6 neutralization, mice were administered 400 µg of isotype, 200 µg of isotype and 200 µg of anti-CSF1, or 200 µg anti-CSF1 and 200 µg of anti-IL-6 clone MP5-20F3 (catalog no. BE0046; Bio X Cell) by the i.p. route in a 200 µl volume of PBS immediately post injury and then daily for 6 days.

Anakinra was administered intraperitoneally at 30mg/kg once per day for 5 days, starting 5 hours prior to CAR T cell transfer, or PBS (vehicle) for control mice. Anti murine IL-6 (clone MP5–20F3, BioXcell) or isotype (Rat IgG1, clone HRPN, BioXcell), anti murine IL-6R (clone 15A7, BioXcell) or isotype (Rat IgG2b, clone LTF-2, BioXcell) and anti murine IL-1b (clone B122, BioXcell) or isotype (Armenian Hamster IgG, clone Armenian Hamster IgG, BioXcell) were administered intraperitoneally once per day at 25mg/kg for the first dose and 12.5mg/kg for subsequent doses for 5 days starting 5 hours prior to CAR T cell transfer. L-NIL (Enzo Life Sciences) or 1400W (Cayman Chemical) were administered intraperitoneally at 5mg/kg once per day for 5 days starting 5 hours prior to CAR T cell transfer, or PBS (vehicle) for control mice.

Treatment of Lung Tumors with LNT and Anti-IFNγ

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
When LAP0297 lung tumors reached 4–5 mm in diameter, mice bearing tumors were randomly divided into four groups, which were treated with an isotype-matched control rat IgG1 (clone HRPN, Bio-X Cell), 1 mg/kg LNT, 250 μg anti-IFNγ antibody (clone XMG1.2, Bio-X Cell), or LNT plus an anti-IFNγ antibody. LNT was administered into mice via i.p. injection every 3 days, while rat IgG1 or anti-IFNγ antibody were given every 3 days. The treatment duration was 10 days.

IL-2 was depleted by i.p. administration of 100 µg anti-mouse IL-2 (clones S4B6-1 and JES6-5H4; BioXCell) on days −1, +2, and +5 p.i. Control animals were dosed to the same schedule with 100 µg rat IgG2a (clones LTF-2 and 2A3; BioXCell). IFN-γ was depleted by i.p. administration of 100 µg anti-mouse IFN-γ (clone XMG1.2; BioLegend) on days −1, +2, and +5 p.i., while control animals received 100 µg rat IgG1 (clone HRPN; BioXCell).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
