Optimized STAT3 Signaling Pathway Assay

All chemicals (reagent grade) used were purchased from Nanjing Chemical Reagent Co. Ltd. (Nanjing, China). All the 1H NMR spectra were recorded on a Bruker DPX 300 model Spectrometer in CDCl3 and chemical shifts (Δ) were reported as parts per million (ppm). ESI-MS spectra were recorded a Mariner System 5304 Mass spectrometer. Elemental analyses were performed on a CHNO-Rapid instrument and were within 0.4% of the theoretical values. Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was performed on silica gel plates (Silica Gel 60 GF254) and visualized in UV light (254 nm). Column chromatography was performed using silica gel (200–300 mesh) eluting with ethyl acetate and petroleum ether (bp. 30–60 °C).
